It’s good to see you. Allow me to overshare about myself like I always do.

I like words. Often a tad too much because the stories I tell somehow end up lasting an hour. Or, I‘ll cover 30 different topics with you in 30 minutes during conversation. Some may call me a yapper, I call it efficient conversation.

My brain is constantly filled with ideas, trending sounds, to-dos, what-ifs, yes-ands, you get the picture. Practicing yoga helps me slow it down. I also teach yoga at a local studio so other people can find their center, too. Best job I’ve ever had.

I’m a Creative based in Austin, TX but if you pay for me to move somewhere cool I wouldn’t object.

Admittedly, I am a horrible plant owner. Listen, everyone has their flaws.

I’ve actually never met a stranger before. Does that make me entirely too trusting in this world? Maybe. Do I care? Not at all!
